Once we receive your order, we will contact you to arrange a convenient installation date.
You will initially be assigned a morning or afternoon slot. The day before your fitting we will provide you with a more precise arrival time .

On the day of installation, our installation team will arrive to fit your system, while keeping any disruption to your home to an absolute minimum. The installation typically takes up to four hours, and before we leave, we will walk you through everything you need to know to use your new unit with confidence

What dictates cost?
During the video survey we will consider various factors to determine a fair and reasonable installation cost. These will include:-
Location -
We primarily serve the North of England, but do carry out installations throughout the UK. Travelling time will affect the installation cost.
Choice Of Unit -
Different models have different installation requirements,. Your choice of unit will affect the installation cost.
Position of Unit -
Where you site your unit will have affect on installation cost. High level installation is more expensive than low level installation. This in not just because of the height, but because an additional blanking part is required to keep the elegant look.
Building Fabric -
A large part of the installation work involves the core drilling for the inlet and outlet ducts. The material and construction of your walls will greatly affect the drilling time and thus installation cost.
Multiple Units -
If you are looking to have more than one unit installed during one visit then we will be able to offer a discounted package price for installation.
What Is A Typical Cost?
No two installations are alike,The reason for the Video Survey, is so you can be confident that your installation is feasible, and your are only paying for the work required. But as a guideline for budgeting, domestic installations range between £350 - £800.

Current Government incentives to move households across to low carbon heating solutions mean that qualifying customers will be charged Zero Vat on both the product and installation costs, if purchased together.

Currently, all Domestic users qualify, along with some Social Residential Buildings and certain Registered Charity Buildings
When Does The Incentive Scheme End?
The 0% VAT relief scheme on Energy-Saving Materials (ESMs) is scheduled to end on the 31 March 2027. .
What If You Purchase The Product Only?
If you purchase the unit only, without installation, then VAT is charged at 20%.
- So effectively, as a domestic customer, depending on your installation cost, you are unlikely to pay much more if you get the unit installed by us!
